Question 1

How do I order?

Accepted Answer

Tap any dish to add it, then open “Your order”, choose a pickup time and pay securely with Square (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). You can also call us on (03) 9467 2886.

Question 2

How long until my order is ready?

Accepted Answer

Usually about 20 minutes. At busy times it can take longer — we'll show the pickup time when you order.

Question 3

Can I order by number?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every dish has a number from 101 to 935, the same as on our printed menu, so “two 202 and a 903” works at the counter in any language.

Question 4

I have an allergy. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Each dish shows allergen codes, and you can hide dishes containing an allergen. Our kitchen handles peanuts, tree nuts, crustacea, fish, egg, milk, soy, wheat and sesame, so we can't guarantee any dish is free of traces. Please tell us when you order and add it to your kitchen notes.

Question 5

Do you have vegetarian options?

Accepted Answer

Some dishes are made with vegetables or tofu, but several sauces and broths contain meat, fish or seafood — Our vegetable & tofu pho (211) comes with a vegetarian broth by default (meat broth on request, same price). Please ask our staff to confirm other ingredients before ordering.

Question 6
